Digital X-Ray Imaging in Pittsburgh
At Randour Chiropractic Clinics, we offer in-office digital X-ray imaging to support accurate evaluation of spinal alignment, joint health, and musculoskeletal injuries. Digital X-rays allow our chiropractors to better understand structural factors that may be contributing to pain, limited movement, or nerve-related symptoms.
Our digital imaging is used when clinically appropriate to help guide safe, informed chiropractic care.
What Is Digital X-Ray Imaging?
Digital X-ray imaging is a diagnostic tool that provides clear, detailed images of bones and joints using low levels of radiation. Compared to traditional film X-rays, digital X-rays offer faster results, improved image quality, and easier sharing with other healthcare providers when needed.
At our Carnegie location, we are able to capture images of:
The spine
Extremities such as shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, and wrists
When Digital X-Rays May Be Used
Digital X-rays are not required for every patient. Our chiropractors recommend imaging based on your history, symptoms, and exam findings. X-rays may be used to evaluate:
Low back pain or chronic back pain
Sciatica or suspected nerve involvement
Joint injuries or degeneration
Trauma or auto-related injuries
Structural changes affecting posture or movement
Extremity pain involving bones or joints
The goal is to gather information that helps guide appropriate care — not to image unnecessarily.
How Digital X-Rays Support Chiropractic Care
Digital X-ray imaging helps our chiropractors:
Assess spinal and joint alignment
Identify structural changes or injury patterns
Determine safe and appropriate treatment approaches
Monitor changes over time when needed
X-ray findings are used alongside your exam and clinical history to create a personalized care plan.
In-Office Imaging at Our Carnegie Location
Digital X-ray imaging is available at our Carnegie office, allowing for efficient evaluation and coordination of care when imaging is recommended. Images can be securely shared with other healthcare providers if necessary.
